Hi all,
Doing some sums prior to submitting a full UOC application in the next few months and wondering what people would charge for someone to work under their UOC in the interim for basic photographic work of residential and commercial properties.
Thanks,
FF

Re: UOC rates
That might depend on whether you're covering insurance, whether you're having them operate as an employee (fee for service arrangement) of your business name or their own business and what happens to customers they have acquired once you decide to take over the operation?
Would've sent you a PM but couldn't find the button!

Re: UOC rates
Hey FF...wow long time. Rates are 80-20% and you will need insurance (about $1600 pa). I am not up to speed with the west coast but can put you in touch with a number of operators on the east.
If you are applying for a UOC, you might want to get it going now, its never been simpler or cheaper.

Re: UOC rates
All sorted! Found a very helpful person who was able to offer an excellent platform along with the use of their UOC.
It pays to shop around for public liability insurance too as we just saved ourselves nearly $400pa.
